How do you decide a facility's status?
From evidence only. We read the facility's official site (including chatbot FAQs), and when nothing is written we ask them in writing or by phone. Each status shows the source, the date we checked, and when it expires. A status we cannot trace to a source does not exist on this site.
What does "Conditional" mean?
The facility says yes, with conditions it set itself. The conditions are listed on the page as chips, and the original wording is quoted so you can judge it yourself.
Why is a place I know missing?
Either we have not checked it yet, or its official answer is no. Facilities that say no are never listed here. If you think a listing is wrong, use the report link on its page.
How fresh is the information?
Every page shows the date of its last check and a re-check date. When a check expires, the badge is replaced by a "needs re-check" notice until we have confirmed again.
Do you earn money from bookings?
Yes, through affiliate links to booking sites. Commission never changes a status; the evidence does. See the affiliate disclosure for details.
I run a facility. How do I correct my listing?
Use the "claim this listing" link on your page. Corrections are added as evidence with your name on them and reviewed before they go live.
